I like the idea if screwing the shorts, for sure. But I dont know enough about it. From what I've read from other companies, the change in exchanges causes them to need to cover, but in the case of HGEN the uplist did nothing to their share price.
Of course, they also did a reverse split and had to raise more money than I believe we will have to.
But, I think the notion that the price is going to jump precipitously upon uplisting may be misguided. In order to benefit from being uplisted, we will also need some positive news to draw attention.
Obviously if we are uplisted and happen to get a halt to the CD12 trial, we would be in a VERY fun situation.
