Nope. I did get the FDA question answered via text from Joe.
In addition to that Joe has pointed out a couple of times the work on the vaccines is different for the Caucasian population of the US vs the Asian population as we have different antigens (HLA's). I never thought about this related to vaccines but certain groups are prone to diseases others are not so it stands to reason there could be different vaccines/therapies for different parts of the world. Just an interested tidbit.
