Don’t remember seeing this little tidbit.
“ 3. Parties agree that Generex shall at all aspects procure all documentations, permits, consents, and approvals for the full approval of FDA for the said Vaccine.”
What does that mean? I thought this was getting done in Malaysia? Why is FDA approval required? We know the pace the FDA moves at so this will not happen for a long time. Now we know why the stock keeps dropping. $0.165 today.
