OHM, how?why? does the parceling of information from one agency to another after study completion, have any effect on the (efficacy) legitimacy of the study.
I fully understand the difference between superior and good and perhaps the need to continue until complete. The facts don't change because you look behind the curtain and why is there penalty clauses in trying to unearth the information earlier..doesn't change the evidence submitted. Am I missing something here..new to these processes.
