Here's an idea.
How about a Reverse Stock Split ?
One share for twenty owned 1-20
The price immediately goes to .27 and attracts buyers.
Then goes to a buck and ''we'' see a 400% rise.
Dollar value of account stays the same on day it happens with a R/S 1-20
