Except for MobileTrust, I haven't found any open source version of it so it probably has value. Even VChat, the market is already saturated with "similars", some free.
When Mark was showing up here several weeks ago, I posted a link to the free versions of the software and asked him if he thought they were all infringing. He replied by saying he'd look into it, so I'm assuming his silence is the answer.
StrikeForce has enough products that if they put together a suite of security software and went after corporate headquarters, universities, large law firms, etc., they might have a chance, but I don't think that's in the plans.
