Of course he has rejected larger financing offers! He likes the deals with Fife, especially when CYDY makes a mistake and has to pay an additional $22 million in shares for a financing deal worth half that much. Fife had been playing NP for years, making NP believe CYDYs getting the good deal when I’m fact Fife is making multiples on the financing deals by shorting the stock, etc.
