Nader does not have an enormous ego in my opinion. He has never in the years he has been with this company said this is his drug or this is his company. He has always suggested that if there is someone better for the job, he should be replaced. Nader looks at he potential of this drug and is driven to see it through. His passion may come off as an ego but I don't see it that way.
