Drawing BOARD time...again pun intended. they will petition again...in everything I've read thus far on the subject over 90% of the time shareholders roll over in agreement in an environment of raising share prices.
If I had those odds...I'm Vegas bound, if not in that environment of raising prices the % is less... the result normally the same..
.You would need an activist shareholder with lots of pull to start the conversation from ground Zero. The hostile takeover plan may work in movies..a rarity in real life. 97% of this company is on the street..they have the rest. We are over 47,000 shareholders at last count..memory serving..it would be like herding chickens on the open range
