You are not the only large investor that’s voting no. I’ve received emails and phone calls from individuals and from individuals who are a part of an investors group, who own shares that make up a significant percentage of the outstanding shares. All of these investors are voting no. I can’t definitely say if that makes up 50%, because I don’t have an exact count, but these are not small investors. Some of these investors have been contacted by “people” who have attempted to persuade them to change their vote.

My hope is that the compensation package doesn’t pass. Given that NP talked about this during the last CC, I think him and SK are concerned it won’t.
