I disagree. In fact the soon to be finalized and expanded Bintai contract is evidence that that results ‘are positive enough’ to go ahead with the contract and the marketing expansion. They may not have told us but they sure as heck have reassured Bintai that there’s something of substance pending. I doubt either party would have executed the contract if the iikey investigation came up empty.
