As I understand it, since GenViro! has completed the testing in Korea, they can now use those results to help obtain the important CE Mark for sales in Europe.
In my opinion, DECN has already applied for the CE Mark, and with the Korean testing results they have an excellent chance of obtaining approval.
Obtaining a CE Mark would be strong validation for GenViro!
I am sure that Mr. Berman knows what he is doing, and I don't feel the need to tell him how to do his job.
