Did they say they don't have independent data? No.
Did they say they were going to get independent data? Yes.
I surmise it is in progress.
Would you make not one but two videos for the FDA approval package if you were not going to get the independent data for the complete package submittal? I think not.
Is everyone getting rich right now? No......not yet.
