Yes. Unfortunately these penny stock CEOs get away with robbery. The current OTC tickers reverse split over and over again per FINRA processing the requests. Now the SEC is pushing all OTC stocks in 18months to be current or else trade gray giving shareholders even more of a disadvantage while the CEOs can liquidate and rinse and repeat. It's a disturbing thing. I'm all for SFOR but I don't agree with what the CEO did.
