I am thinking SEC should approve NGIO S1s soon since SEC already took a long time to review Form 10...so maybe like buildit posted the other day, maybe middle of October...
If that's the case, NGIO IPO by the end of October...that would be awesome...then GNBT's PPS should go up...and the NGIO dividends that most of us received will be tradeable at least $4 per share...hopefully, Joe will make it higher like $8 or so, to make sure we get institutional investors.
What do you guys think?
