People need to remember the proposed MOAs for LLMab in Cancers...
Preventing metastases - correlated by CTC reduction and/or disappearance
Potentially reversion of T Cells from tumor supporting to tumor attacking
Potentially preventing angiogenesis
When / at what point during the disease course a patient enrolls is going to be critical. Which type of cancer it is, will be critical. I would be amazed if it was as straightforward as HIV or CV19.
It absolutely should be continued to be investigated. Expecting a "clear signal" especially this early on, with all of the other factors involved is premature.
