Well the share count for one thing.
The 424 on 9/18 was for 23,878,986 shares
This 424 on 9/21 is for 148,639,455 shares
Actually the first one is for Oasis and the second one is for Anson. Also the second one now has a prospectus date, not just blank, of 9/14/2020.
