Summary of LL cancer benefit needed... This is a bit lazy, but can anyone direct me to a post(s) summarizing Leronlimab's MOA and proven benefit (or similar) in cancer? My friend's sister has an inoperable brain tumor and I am hoping to convince her to at least make application to Dr. L for the Ph 2 basket trial.
After trying to do this one other time for a CV19 severe patient and failing (the MD preferred a more familiar treatment path), I think I need to be more complete in my recommendation this time. I don't know why this is so hard, but people are suspicious of anything the doc won't recommend, and the docs don't want to "take a chance" even on a drug with perfect safety.
My hope is to quickly climb on a more knowledgeable set of shoulders for the base info and add Dr L's contact info. Other ideas welcome!
