This is just the beginning with a 14B AS.
I've seen this unfold so many times with other tickers. But I will never understand how it's justafiable by any SEC rule. But it is because it happens every day in the OTC penny world.
Trips here we come.
I ran 4 successful "mom&pop" size companies. There is accountability with privately held companies shareholders. I had to personally guarentee loans. The only way out if the business model was not viable would be sale or bankrupty.
I will never uderstand the penny Executives, penny world culture, and how they repeatedly take peoples money while making false promises with no guilt or shame. The Execs. should personally guarantee or go bankrupt. Wash, rinse and repeat is a norm that shold be stopped across the OTC board.
