GAO Protest B-419093.1 submitted by Tristar Aerospace, Inc (presumed to be the Tristar Air LLC successor).
Believed to be on the basis that the USN did not accept their late bid for Solicitation # N00421-20-R-0094 - the USN 2020 MAC for AAR - which has been delayed to 2021 now anyway.
Decision By Date: December 14, 2020.

There is also a discrepancy in that it was the new company Tristar Aerospace, LLC that was registered as a federal contractor on July 8, 2020 - Activation Date July 28, 2020 [after the bid submission deadline]
