No - incorrect.
Anyone who had .0001s from 2019 or 2020 - or even .0002s from anytime back to the previous incarnation (medical billing) - had ample opportunity to take a 50% > 100% profit at .0003 for 5 complete trading days August 18 > August 24 - 3 of them after the WebtoDoor Corp announcement - during which time a whopping 3.05 Billion shares were traded - 25% of the entire O/S. Very few OTC stocks that had buy opportunities at both .0001 and .0002 for months / years give you that.
In addition, "The Company is a holding company and from time to time makes acquisitions of operating entities that add accretive revenue to the Company's balance sheet. The sectors that the Company has a particular focus on are real estate, logistics, oil & gas, leisure, retail, and fast moving consumer goods."
The ticker is still OTC Current and so it is also possible that there may be a merger ahead with any company that wants to go public.
