Cassandra, my guess based on personal experiences is that any stock sold for any reason would be taxed period. As to reimbursement, he would be made whole again from the company coffers.
My understanding is he sold shares to cover the expense associated with the production of Pro140/LL by Samsung Biologics.
He was accused of dumping...that was nonsense..but it made good/bad headlines for the shorts..i.e.FurSTAIN et al.
NP's possible share of the 5.5M shares...unresolved and a different discussion. As to the legitimacy of actions, IMO..ALL above board.
