Personally, I do share in some of your beliefs, the one I don't share is the removal of NP at this moment in time. There is no escape, from some sort of retribution with a Public company, if, it is determined that you are derelict in your duties. Ever been fired? I have, and I know exactly WHY.
As Clint Eastwood said in the movie Unforgiven, "it takes away, all you have, and All you are going to have". Mostly on the latter.
