i promised a long a few weeks back that i'd do an in-depth and detailed post about IPIX's *reported* legal (which is different from NRs/non retails' .. abusive efforts ) .. which blew out earlier this year (June if memory serves) .. these posts require time (which right now is a precious commodity) .. but i will do my best to address this over the coming few weeks .. as a reminder (and this is from memory) .. NRs' *go to* reporting of *legal* for CTIX/IPIX pre 2018's *efforts* was approx 800k to 850k (this is factoring in the
time line of 2014 .. NRs' last *take up* of significance and all that transpired in 2015 - 2018)
realize too that I/O (issued/outstanding) is not the Float (freely traded shares)
again from memory .. IPIX's I/O was approx 200,000,000 (196M~) @ the EO of 2018
using very rough calcs .. 800K/200M = .004%
and most recent data .. 3M/347M = .0086%

just me perhaps .. but my expectation is when NR (non retail) is *forced* to abandon their *control* efforts due to news out of Innovation Pharma that NR
* CANT * controll .. IPIX will have *volume* of 50M to 100M within one to three days .. if not higher
imo *everything* an Upside Down NR entity does on an equity target .. is % based .. which is why i pay attention to *volume* avgs/YOY %s .. and what NR *reports* to Finra (it's not like anyone is actually checking their accuracy when it comes to OTC targets)
September 2019's AGM with the company's stunning % (90 if memory serves)
should have been (if it wasn't) a wake up call for NR
as a reminder .. 2018's YTD *Volume* .. snicker .. was approx 88M~
of which approx 55M was done in the last 4 months of 2018 .. aka NRs' volume injection to set up the stock (IPIX) in alignment with NRs' trolls' extolling EOY tax loss selling in conjunction with a brutalized and relentlessly compressed PPS (53c to 7c )
