It's simple. Each company, whether large or small, distribution or retail stores, have to decide whether or not they're comfortable with the risk of potential loss in the event that the FDA were to intervene.
So far they have only gone after the hacks making irresponsible and outlandish claims about their products, just as they had indicated, but there is still a degree of risk, especially in some states. You do realize that RMHB is being distributed in large metro areas already, right? Why would you think they would already have inked deals with EVERYONE??
Each and every deal must be negotiated and supply secured. RMHB just acquired their own bottling facility. The first one. Give them time to grow. They're moving in the right direction, and things will be happening more quickly from this point forward.
