I want the Supreme Court position filled but should wait until President Trump is re-elected to first name his choice than fill the position however if Biden wins the election that position must or should wait for the new President "Biden" to selects his choice to the Supreme Court.

I recall the "10 -11" month wait placed on Obama being an election year and for Trump to name and then pull this off before January? ...not a fair move but the problem in our Government everyone seems to be working against one another kinda like these penny stocks.
Maybe remove inside trading on all Government Officials might be a good start.
