On the mild/moderate I thought we'd edge over into statistical significance because it would be skewed toward moderate patients. Thinking that moderate patients would be much more likely to seek treatment rather than mild patients was a bad assumption.
With severe/critical that's not a problem. In the placebo/SOC arm. mortality for severe will be bad, mortality for critical will be worse. Even all severe should put us over statistical significance. For every patient in critical that gives us an additional edge. I would guess a minimum of 20% critical. It being placebo/SOC it could be significantly higher with patients or family members choosing a last ditch effort even if placebo/SOC is an alternative in order to try and save their life.
