I think it is a forgone conclusion that Todos Nasdaq listing will happen. The question is how much of a RS it would take to achieve this. I would rather they freeze diluting now so as to to give the stock a chance to appreciate. There is no reason the agreement would not be extended if it is to everyone's benefit. Since the investors were under no obligation to agree, I thing this is a positive development.
