Since ACS/CSI and Cromtec are private I have no way to view their financial statements. Without those I have no numbers to give the DoD IG
to justify filing a whistle blower complaint. Another thing is I don't have is their memorandum of agreement with the USAF to refer the IG to since it's not been completed yet.
