Having 1 test strip per unit makes sense to me. I don’t know the reason for the change from 3 strips, but from a business standpoint, 1 test strip at $8.95 equals 1 test and that makes good business sense. Of course, the meter can be used up to 100 times. The skinny kit will allow an individual to test again directly after the first test for reasons mentioned in the PR.
Having 1 test strip per kit allows DECN to manufacture a heck of a lot more kits, and I believe that DECN expects there to be an extremely high demand for the GenViro! kits. It would severely affect production if DECN had to manufacture 3 test strips per kit. Hopefully, DECN will have “millions” and “millions” of orders from the U.S., Europe and Asia. And, for that potential eventuality, I believe 1 test strip equals 1 test makes a whole lot of sense. All IMO
