I am also un clear just how this interim review will go down. If it is just the DMSC saying keep going how would we get data MHRA to help our case for EUA there?

We will find out soon. My best case would be DSMC shuts down the trial because of clear evidence that Leronlimab works. If that happens the FDA would have no choice but to grant full approval immediately.
