IMO, it might be more cost effective to run a short human trial to evaluate leronlimab in relation to crossing the blood brain barrier prior to starting costly clinical trials. But if I remember correctly, Dr L’s dad and possibly another doctor wanted to start the trials because they believe it crosses for X reason. I don’t remember the exact reason.
