Thanks TechG.....that helps. Realistic to think the proposal can be voted down? In doing so would that hinder current management in securing new talent to help run the company?

Obviously management has some flaws that have been discussed at length, but being where we are, with the catalysts that are hopefully coming pretty quickly would we be doing ourselves a disservice in voting it down (if it can even be done) and handcuffing them from accquiring talent going forward? Just trying to determine best course for success...
