Question...how is exec compensation normally handled in publicly owned companies? I've seen "compensation board" mentioned etc. Do we have a committee, group within CYDY that reviews this and lends professional experience to exec comp?

Stockholders are asked to vote but I'm not sure what is standard, correct, in-line with similar companies etc.....and I am not close to qualified to even venture a guess what is fair etc. I expect I am not alone in lacking that expertise and knowledge.

I expect a large percentage of stockholders are equally unqualified to make that decision in most companies so what is the standard process?
