This is all putting the preferreds, both GNBT and NGIO, in jeopardy. Who would buy they at inflated prices not knowing if the mother company is going out of business? I think NGIO will need to be listed and trading before the NGIOP will be able to be sold. GNBT will need to have a bounce in price from the NGIO listing to be able to sell the GNBTP.
