Well, that was the price when the form was done. I would think Oasis is going to get the price average of the last 10 days, or lowest price. I hope this is just his planning because he thinks things are going to start moving fast and if we get a pop with NGIO listing, he may put shares to Oasis then and legally has to have these shares registered for them to be able to sell as soon as they want.
