In my opinion, the lack of market response is not so much what was in the announcement as what wasn't in it. None of this takes away from where we are at, it just doesn't provide certainty for the investment community
1) US testing partner for final testing completion.
2) Timing for final US testing completion.
3) Has the extensive Korean testing generated European approval yet?
4) Product shipping to distributors. Are there guaranteed orders at the
distributors?
5) Shipments occurring shortly after September 26. What is shortly? 1 week? 2 weeks? Month?
DECN is not required to provide us any details, until things are finalized. But the long wait to get to this point does create skepticism until actual orders occur. Again, none of this takes away from the larger plan. It just helps explain why no market movement. All in good time.
