Sp is driven by investor sentiment.
I don't believe that Dr. Pourhassan walked on water when SP was 10.01 or that he is the scum of the Earth now as we sit 3.5.
Munis and diversified ETFs seem better for many here.

I am truly shocked that so many are so short-sighted with essentially zero equanimity to weather the storms that invariably occur in investing, especially OTC and biotechs.
