There are a lot of agendas where CYDY is concerned. LL is just TOO valuable. I understand the great work Nadar has done to get this far and how hard he has worked. And believe me I greatly admire him for it. That being said, lately we’ve been treading water because there are bigger sharks out there. I am happy to see that they are hiring because to get this ship moving forward they are going to need a lot of teamwork, not the “I did this/that. Yeah, ME!” attitude.
I personally do not think it is a good idea in this point of time to replace Nadar. We do not need corporate politics getting in the way of finishing CD12, BLA , or othervtrials right now. We’d go sub $1 and I shudder to think about it. What we do need and it is happening is that shareholders let them understand that their hard work will benefit them greatly even without the extra compensation and that they are accountable performance-wise to shareholders.
Also, a little self-restraint in communication and emotions would also be nice. You can always smell out when he’s not telling us the whole truth (usually he starts mumbling out quasi-replies in contrast to his loud orator voice when he’s got good news).
