Yeah i am just compiling all w-2s and 1099s from all the brokerage houses and dumping it all on H&R Block and hope that they can find more deductions. That wash sale rule really irritates the hell out of me because it is next to impossible to avoid when playing with penny stocks since most of the gains is done through flips.
