So I wonder how long our NGIO S1 will take to get approved? Snowflake went public yesterday and here is their SEC timeline...
8/24 S1 $100M at $0.0001 to calculate registration fee
9/8 S1/A 32,200,000 shares at $85
9/10 NYSE certification to SEC to list
9/14 S1/A 32,200,000 shares at $110
9/15 EFFECT by SEC
9/16 SNOW trades on NYSE
That’s 23 days from filing to trading. Now the difference is that SNOW has cash and revenues. NGIO does not. So will it take longer because of that? I bet it does. Maybe should have sold Oasis the entire $50M now, as a private placement at $4/shares, which would be the minimum up listing price. That would give them 12.5M shares of 400M total, so only 3% of the company. Then we would have gotten rid of going concern immediately with plenty of cash in bank. Much easier to approve then. Just my opinion.
