The stock price being so low is the point. The SEC's main role is to protect investors. Unfortunately, taking their sweet time looking so closely at Generex's books etc cost us many millions in market cap. How many investors are underwater? How many have had to sell in the last few days probably losing a large portion of their investment?

We would have not had to borrow money at such terrible terms if the SEC had done their job more quickly.
