trding, this is PRECISELY why I voted NO.
I would be 100% in favor of a new pool of stock for equity incentives needed to hire additional talent.
I am 100% not in favor of any additional equity awards to current management team (including those they already voted themselves earlier this year that will eat up part of the new 25M, if it passes).
