I think NP has actually wanted a buyout for a couple of years. That’s why he builds potential across the spectrum of indications, while never actually finishing anything. It’s all about creating potential value.

Unfortunately, LL is too damn good which means that value is too high and Big Pharma and Nader can’t find a BO price both are happy with.

So here we sit, chugging along, hoping COVID will kick off revenue while the FDA slow walks HIV.

Personally, I’d love a buyout at the right price, ideally $ + stock.
