I also have been messaging Doc for a while, and he generously takes the time to respond (albeit usually very brief, discrete replies). On Tuesday of this week (i.e., 2 days ago), I asked what he's working on day-to-day. He responded back "telehealth platform". He's probably tweaking it, getting ready for launch, IMHO.
