EDIT #2..... Dr Dalton hasnt made a public statement to shareholders since going dark 8 years ago...his tweeting which just started last year, was an attempt of "communicating"...Bioremedies little PR actually mentioned UNVC's patch including a Dr Dalton quote..we are close...hopefully "fully reporting NASDAQ" is just a sneeze away
