I guess you would have to find a law that states if someone does not agree with you as you accuse (guess you need proof for starters) someone of wrong doing then you are guilty too or are involved with others in that illegal activity or wrongdoing. I don't think that is how the law works. Maybe it does it pennyboard fantasy land
