Keep in mind that those shares were split between Restricted and Unrestricted with the former getting the majority. Only 14m added to Unrestricted (free to trade).
Definitely cleared some debt and probably restructured other.
Based on info received yesterday, should be done. Once the holders finish selling into the market I believe we will start moving North.
