With 44.8% of it's shares owned by insiders and other strategic entities, RLBS is a stock I believe an investor should seriously consider. This bank was selling at around 10.00 pps before the "financial collapse" of 2008 an appears to be on track to see 10.00 again. Now at .70 pps, I think this stock is on sale.
