Sure Patterson can do a 4 milliliter blood draw and sort tcells from the draw and measure receptor occupancy.

What I want to know is how do you get from there to demonstrating leronlimab corssed the blood brain barrier?

humans have five liters of blood in their bodies. i doubt there is one liter of spinal fluid.

can you draw 4 milliliters of spinal fluid? idk

If you do draw 4 milliliters of spinal fluid, is there enough tcells to do the occupancy test? idk

Even if you can get the tcells in the spinal fluid or elsewhere, how do you know that the occupied receptors did not migrate from the bloodstream to the spinal fluid?

Receptor occupancy of Tcells in spinal fluid does not prove that leronlimab crossed the blood brain barrier because leronlimab could have bound the tcells and then the tcells crossed the blood brain barrier.

conventional wisdom is that monoclonal antibodies cannot cross the blood brain barrier, so i am wondering what proof cydy has to the contrary.
